Shipping and Refund Policies

Domestic Shipping

We offer free shipping for all domestic orders.

Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to be mailed off. This excludes weekends and holidays. We appreciate your patience! 

International Shipping

International orders ship Fedex. Charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates are based on package weight and shipping destination.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Nour is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Pre-Orders

If you pre-ordered an item, please allow approximately one week for processing after the stock date.

If one of your items was pre-ordered, your order will be fulfilled with all items that are ready to ship. Once the pre-ordered item(s) are in stock, we will ship the remaining order's items free of charge. If you would like your order to ship complete, please don't hesitate to email us at hi@getnour.com

Sales Price Protection

As a small company, we do not offer price protection for orders placed before our sales start.

Discounts

Discounts can be applied by entering the code upon check out.

Checking your order status

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hi@getnour.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery.

We do not accept returns for items purchased through our retailers. Please contact the retailer directly to inquire about their return policy.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hi@getnour.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We'd love to make it up to you!
